Each year Overton County Schools hosts a Community Parent Advisory Council (CPAC) meeting to gather feedback from the community. Due to the restrictions of the pandemic, OCS decided to continue this community outreach and accommodate social distancing by offering both in-person and virtual particpation. Participants were provided the video below and invited to provide feedback to the district.

The purpose of this meeting was to gain community input on the future needs of the school system in terms of goals/objectives and to seek input on how the family engagement within the district is working and determine what steps are needed to improve it. Our community's ideas, thoughts, and input into this important plan is key to the future growth of all schools and the education that the district will provide to the students of our county.
