Hilham Elementary will have a Drive-Thru Back to School Bash on Monday, August 2, 2021 registration packets may be picked up at this time. OCS Official Registration Day is set for August 4, 2021. Registration packets should be returned to school on or before the first full day of school, which is August 6, 2021.
Everyone, please, be sure to complete lunch applications either online at oc-sd.com or the paper form in your child's registration packet.
MISSION STATEMENT
The mission of Hilham Elementary is to provide positive, appropriate learning opportunities for each student regardless of social, cultural, economic, or intellectual status. These opportunities shall foster the development of basic values, good citizenship, and a strong sense of self-worth to enable students to be productive citizens in a rapidly changing world.
