Our first graders stepped back in time for Constitution Day!

Mrs. Choate's class learned about the signing of the U.S. Constitution and worked together to develop a Classroom Constitution filled with promises to be respectful, responsible, and kind members of their learning community.

To conclude the activity, each student proudly signed the document by dipping a feather pen into ink, recreating the tradition of the Constitution's original signers. It was a memorable day of learning, collaboration, and citizenship!
