Our 4th and 5th grade students recently spent time learning about the events of September 11, 2001, and reflecting on the courage, sacrifice, and unity displayed by so many during that tragic day.

As a symbol of remembrance and respect, students wore red bandanas while participating in discussions and activities centered on the importance of honoring those who lost their lives and the heroes who stepped forward to help others.

We are proud of our students for approaching this important lesson with thoughtfulness and respect as they learned about a significant moment in our nation's history and the values of courage, resilience, and compassion.
